Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the London Padel Week website or engaging with any of our services. By accessing our website, registering your interest, submitting an enquiry, or attending any London Padel Week event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1. About London Padel Week
London Padel Week is an experiential padel event produced and organised by London Padel Week. The event is held across multiple padel club venues in London during the designated event week.
References in these Terms to "we", "us" or "our" refer to London Padel Week and its organising team. References to "you" or "user" refer to any person accessing our website or services.
2. Use of This Website
By using our website at www.londonpadelweek.co.uk, you agree to the following conditions:

3. Event Participation
3.1 — General attendance
Participation in London Padel Week events is subject to registration and/or ticket purchase where applicable. By registering or purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and any specific event rules communicated to you at the time of registration.
3.2 — Eligibility
London Padel Week events are open to participants of all skill levels unless otherwise specified for a particular activity. Some activities (e.g. competitive sessions, coaching academies) may have specific eligibility requirements, which will be communicated in advance.
3.3 — Health, fitness and safety
By participating in any physical activity at London Padel Week, you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to do so, and that you are not aware of any medical condition that would make your participation inadvisable. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor if you have any doubt. Participation in padel and related physical activities carries an inherent risk of injury. You agree to follow all safety instructions issued by venue staff and event organisers.
3.4 — Behaviour and conduct
All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful, inclusive and sportsmanlike manner at all times during London Padel Week events. We reserve the right to remove from any event, without refund, any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, dangerous or contrary to the spirit of the event.
3.5 — Programme changes
The event programme, schedule, venues and activities are subject to change. While we will endeavour to deliver the programme as published, we reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel any activity or session for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue availability, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where events are cancelled or materially altered, we will notify registered participants as soon as practicable.
4. Tickets, Fees and Refunds
Where tickets or registration fees apply to specific London Padel Week activities, the following applies:

Ticket prices and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.

All purchases are subject to the terms of the relevant ticketing platform used at the time.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where an event is cancelled by us, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Where we are required to cancel or materially reschedule an event, our liability to you shall be limited to a refund of the face value of the ticket purchased.
5. Sponsorship and Brand Partnerships
Expressions of interest in sponsoring or partnering with London Padel Week, submitted via our website or contact form, are non-binding preliminary enquiries only. No sponsorship, brand activation or commercial partnership shall be deemed to exist unless and until a separate, signed agreement has been executed between the parties.
Any information shared by prospective sponsors in the course of preliminary discussions (including budgets, marketing strategies, or activation concepts) is treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except to members of the organising team involved in the evaluation of the partnership.
6. Club Nominations and Venue Partnerships
Submissions made via the "Nominate Your Club" form constitute expressions of interest only. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in the London Padel Week programme. All club nominations will be reviewed by the organising team and successful applicants will be contacted directly. Inclusion as an official London Padel Week venue is subject to a separate venue agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, video, event names and branding — is the intellectual property of London Padel Week or its licensed partners, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, display or modify any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing of event-related content (e.g. sharing a link to this website on social media) is permitted.
The London Padel Week name, logo and related marks are the property of London Padel Week. Unauthorised use of our brand is strictly prohibited.
8. Photography, Video and Media
London Padel Week events may be photographed and filmed by our media team and official partners. By attending any London Padel Week event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos produced at the event, and you consent to your image being used by London Padel Week and its media partners for promotional, editorial and archival purposes, including on our website, social media channels and press materials.
If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify a member of our team on the day and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee exclusion from all event photography in a public setting.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

London Padel Week, its organisers, partners and associates accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from your use of this website or participation in any event, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

London Padel Week events take place across multiple independent padel club venues in London. Each venue operates under its own separate terms, rules and health & safety policies, with which all attendees must comply. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent venue operators, and any claims arising from conditions at a venue should be directed to the venue operator.

12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, flood, extreme weather, government regulation, or actions of any venue, local authority or third-party supplier. In such circumstances, we will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably practicable and endeavour to provide alternative arrangements where possible.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
